The OD Academy creators and owners are Madeleine Beech and Steve Benfield, partners from The Beechfield Partnership.Â
Following their successful work within the field, plus receiving UK and global recognition and awards in OD consulting (with The Beech Consultancy, The Beech Centre and the Institute for Organisational Development,) Madeleine and Steve founded the OD Academy.
Their vision is for it to be an active and energetic online community hub. A home for passionate OD people.Â
(Please note: a percentage of the profits from OD Academy membership fees will go towards funding those people the partners want to support, who lost out financially, following the forced closure of The Institute for Organisational Development in 2019.
