OD Practitioner Certificate Programme
About the programme:
Designed for both experienced practitioners and those new to OD Practice, this certificated programme is ideal for leaders and practitioners alike who want to develop and enhance their OD consultancy capability.
About you:
You may work with your own clients as an independent consultant, coach, or facilitator, or be working in an internal consultant, business partner, or OD role. You may also be a leader looking to develop OD consulting capability within your organization.
What you will learn
The programme is an online learning experience, offered to up to a maximum of 9 delegates and structured as follows:

Induction Session & Programme Briefing: Half-day session

Pre-work: Reading, Case Writing, Practice Reflections, Hopes and Fears

Three modules covered in six half-day sessions:

Module 1 – Self as OD Consultant

Module 2 – Consulting into Action

Programme Evaluation and Graduation: Half-day session
Who will lead the programme
Delivered by an experienced OD Practitioner from within the OD Academy’s internal or Associate Practitioner team. Overseen by UK and global award-winning OD Practitioner, Steve Benfield, Co-founder of the OD Academy and The Beechfield Partnership. Steve has 30 years of experience in the field of OD practice and has led interventions that have been recognised nationally and internationally for the impact they have delivered, winning UK Consultancy Practice of the Year, Great Britain Consulting Champion, and twice global silver medallists in the ICMCI global consultancy awards in 2013 and 2016.
How you will be assessed and graduate
To graduate, you will need to attend each of the modules, as well as the final evaluation and graduation event. You will be assessed on a submitted learning journal, as well as sharing your work via a report into a live OD Consulting Assignment you will undertake whilst on the programme.

The programme price is fully inclusive of programme registration, programme induction briefing, module delivery, programme support, evaluation, graduation, certification, and 12 months of membership:

DIPLOMA
Diploma in OD Practice
About the programme:
Designed for experienced OD Practitioners, this Diploma programme is ideal for leaders and practitioners alike who want to further deepen their OD consultancy capability.
About you:
You will already have a strong foundation of OD practice, such as working in an OD/consultancy role or having your own consultancy practice, and want to deepen this even further. You will have the relevant qualifications and/or experience to undertake this deeper level of OD study (such as being a graduate of the Certificate programme). You may be keen to specialise further in a particular area of OD practice capability, or strengthen your practitioner brand and offer to the market.
