OD Academy Member and Ambassador Dean Royles MODA,, chaired the awards panel in 2024, which included two other ambassadors, Debbie Haines, MODA & Tracy Dawson, MODA.

The Winner of “OD Member of the Year 2023/24” was Bally Heera, MODA.
We believe that celebrating and promoting great OD capability and practice which has made a sustainable difference to an organisation’s performance and its people, is really important for the OD Academy community.
If you’d like to share and celebrate your work with the rest of the OD Academy community, then we’d love to hear from you! You can also nominate a practitioner colleague or an OD team for an award too!

We are currently on the search for sponsors for each award. Please let us know if you know of anyone or organisation who may be interested!
We will be opening up applications for nominations in February 2024 with full details of the categories and timescales. Applications once received will be reviewed and considered by a panel of judges, including our very own OD Academy Ambassadors.
The winners of the OD Academy Awards will be announced as part of the Annual OD Conference.
