The OD Academy Advisory Group exists to offer critical insights and inputs that actively shape the Academy’s future. Their guidance ensures we remain relevant, impactful, and closely aligned with the needs of the OD profession.

Advisory Group Objectives
Advise on the strategic direction and priorities of the OD Academy against the four pillars, and the governance and partnerships plinth.
Provide feedback on OD Academy activity, partnerships, membership offer, and overall impact.
Champion the Academy’s work externally through our “Voice” pillar.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Ensure alignment with sectoral needs and emerging industry trends.
Our Members and Leadership
Members of the Advisory Group are invited based on their expertise, influence, and deep experience within the field of OD. The group includes representatives from individual, corporate, and lifetime members, alongside partners, sponsors, and ambassadors. Meetings take place virtually three times per year, and membership is reviewed annually to ensure fresh perspectives.
The Advisory Group is chaired by Dean Royles, Ambassador Member.
