“The New Frontier Is Change” – Integrating OD Diagnostic Precision with Dialogic Meaning
This year’s theme addresses one of the most pressing challenges for OD professionals and organisational leaders today: how to balance evidence‑based diagnostic rigour with the dialogic, human‑centred approaches that enable meaning‑making, engagement and transformation.
In an era defined by complexity, volatility and rapid shifts in stakeholder expectations, OD practitioners and organisational leaders must increasingly:
- Integrate data‑driven insight with conversational, participative inquiry,
- Make sense of emergent patterns while enabling inclusive dialogue, and
