Group Supervision Surgery - Monthly OD Practice Supervision
Supervision plays an essential role in protecting you and those you work with, supporting your wellbeing and strengthening the quality of your OD interventions.
The OD Academy currently offers a monthly supervision space exclusively for OD Academy members. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is designed to give you a focused, structured space to review your work, reflect on challenges and plan your next steps.
We will continue to adjust the number and frequency of sessions based on member needs.
